The Energy Floors Global Dance Challenge is an energetic, public event. Four hours of dancing on 64 Sustainable Dance Floor tiles, with as many people as possible, in different places all over the world. Does your city or company generate the largest amount of energy? Then you get to challenge the next competitor.
Raising awareness on energy production in a fun way: that’s what the Global Dance Challenge is all about. It offers your city, company or organization the unique opportunity to honor your sustainable efforts with a world record; a world record that can only be set by letting your inhabitants and employees actively engage in achieving your sustainable goal(s).
Fits into every event
Do you want to add a sustainable program part to your event? The Global Dance Challenge can be easily integrated into any event with a big audience, whether it’s a marathon, eco festival or dance event. Energy Floors is more than willing to help you find the perfect solution for your particular event. We bring the equipment, you bring the audience: it’s easy as that. To top it all off, we offer the opportunity to make a donation to WWF when a new world record is set. The size of the donation is related to the amount of generated energy in your city.
Current world record
The current world record holder is NPO Radio 2. In October 2015 listeners of this Dutch radio station generated a smashing amount of 802.941 Joules during an event on National Sustainability Day in the Netherlands.
Do you think your company, city or radio station can beat this record? Or are you interested in integrating a Global Dance Challenge into your event? Please get in touch via the request form below.
